(iii)*REH was informed by the Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP") on 26 April 2010 (which was the date of receipt of notification dated 21 April 2010) that the CDP had been notified by the United Overseas Bank Nominees (Pte) Ltd of its exercise of its power of sale as assignee in relation to the 81,118,000 shares (please refer to attached details of Original Assignment) held in the capital of Asia Power Corporation Limited pursuant to Section 130N(11) of the Companies Act, Chapter 50.
