Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Asia Power Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Ellen Hong Yuling as Secretary of the Company in place of Ms Ang Lay Peng with effect from 16 June 2008.
Ms Lin Moi Heyang and Mr Lee Wei Hsiung remain in office as Secretaries of the Company.
